How secure is your online site
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). We also have NO access, and can never see any of you card details entered on this site. This provides you with the assurance that your payment is also at the highest level of security available.
What payments do you accept?
Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Switch,Solo, Delta or Visa Delta, American Express or regular account payments all through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from the Store?
No you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store as PayPal have a section for you to paid by Credit Card – although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere whether you’re in the UK or worldwide. Our orders are sent out via Royal Mail or a Carrier every working day. We use Royal Mail Parcel or TNT International for all international orders; transit time may vary depending on the destination.
Do you accept returns?
If you are not happy with any of the goods, or they are faulty when you receive them, all you have to do is return them in the condition they were supplied, within 7 days of receipt. The return postage will have to be paid by you the customer. On receipt of the goods we will refund the purchase price of the items. Note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right not to accept their return and your payment will not be refunded as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, we can’t be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit, therefore, we recommend that you pack them carefully and obtain a proof of dispatch. Your statutory rights are not affected. A restocking charge will normally be charged on goods ordered incorrectly by customers, and subsequently returned. We can’t, under any circumstances, make refunds for goods made to order or to specific customer requirements.
